allnight12 - you said it best, just show up and play. I have always believed there is no place for shit talking on the field. Play like you have done this before. I don't show boat, I don't talk shit, I just show up and play. A lot of people like to talk, and show boat, and I think that where the heated arguments, and the verbal abuse starts. I am not condoning someone acting unsportsman. but some people don't like to be talked down too, and they feel disrespected. So they retaliate. I know we are all adults and the league is for fun. And I too, think Bart does an excellent job.

people who talk trash and there just kidding around is fine with me. its when it gets personal and aggressive that it gets bad. i never talk, i dont yell if im not getting the ball which so far this year i really havent but ive only been to 2 games due to injury. a little smack talk between a corner and a wr is fun cause that makes me wanna play better. but keep it tasteful and dont talk if u cant take it in return
