Bart, how many teams have not had a single volunteer to ref any games so far? I do not mind helping out and I will have a couple of Bengals volunteer every week that we play, but it is a little frustrating to see these other teams show up when the game is supposed to start and then jet out of there as soon as it is over. I think we need to have stricter guidelines on this situation. Input anyone? I do have some ideas of my own even anyone else thinks this is a problem!

Were going into Week 3. Teams need to volunteer guys to ref either before their game or the game after theirs. It's funny though, its the same handful of people week in and week out doing it.

- RAIDERS AND BENGALS DEF. DO THEIR PART
- BEARS ARE IN THE SECOND TIER THEY WILL HELP USUALLY WHEN YOU ASK
- DOLPHINS CAN'T EVEN GET THEIR TEAM TO PLAY LET ALONE REF.
- TEXANS CAN'T GET 8 GUYS THERE HALF THE TIME
- LIONS SHOULD BE A LITTLE MORE ACCOUNTABLE DUE THAT THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF VETS
- THE STEELERS ARE ALL NEW GUYS I DON'T EXPECT MUCH OUT OF THEM YET, BUT I'M SURE OFFUT WOULD HELP OUT IF NEEDED.
DAVISSON YOUR MORE THAN WELCOME TO START GETTING THINGS SET UP IN ADVANCE OR GET AHOLD OF CAPTAINS. I HAVE NO PROB WITH THAT.

Bart, the 2:30 contest each week is the key for having volunteers. We need to make it mandatory that 2-3 guys from each team from the 2:30 contest will help out. One team to do the 1:00 and one team to do the 3:45. Then we could have either guys from the 1:00 game stay for the 2:30 or guys from the 3:45 come early to do the 2:30. That means you only need one team per week to provide volunteers. The teams in the 2:30 contest must have guys to ref one of the other games. If they do not, then the Captain will be suspended for the next game. That does create a problem this week, because of the Dolphins situation, which I think should be avoided at all cost next year. We are off this week, therefore none of us will probably be there to help. Hopefully, between the Raiders and the Bears, you guys can work it out. Next week, we play you guys in the 2:30 game, so there shouldn't be any issues. Suggestions please..............
